Path to Membership

Membership is an important step in building a relationship with the SFUU community. If you have been attending services and feel like this might be a good fit for you, we invite you to come to a Saturday Supper and SFUU 101 orientation events to get more familiar with Unitarian Universalism and the Sierra Foothills Unitarian Universalists 

 

 

 

SFUU 101 - Sunday, May 5 at 12:30pm: SFUU 101 includes an informational video and conversation with current members and a minister. Light snacks are provided beforehand. Childcare will be provided. Please RSVP to Ann Denison hortonwho@surewest.net or 916-772-6369 and let her know by Wednesday, May 1, if you need childcare. Saturday Supper – June 8 at 5:30 PM: This is a potluck to get to know other newcomers and a few members of the congregation in a social atmosphere. Please RSVP to Sally Knost sallyknost@gmail.com or 916-408-0397 and let her know by Wednesday, June5, if you need childcare. 

 

New Member Recognition – May 19. Please join us all as we recognize and welcome our newest members during our worship services.

 

 

If you have already attended SFUU 101 and are ready to become a member, we invite you to make an appointment with one of the ministers at 530-823-0953 or revlynn@mysfuu.org or revwendyb@mysfuu.org to talk about the rights and responsibilities of membership.
