A free and responsible search for truth and meaning.

Co-Ministers' Welcome

Rev. Wendy Bartel and Rev. Lynn Gardner welcome you to the Sierra Foothills Unitarian Universalist congregation!

If you are seeking a spirtual home and a place to search for truth and meaning in the company of other open-minded people, Sierra Foothills Unitarian Universalists may be the place for you.

Please peruse the Welcome Visitor materials as well as the other webpages to learn more about Unitarian Universalism in general and about our congregation in specific. Our Sunday worship services explore a variety of topics that affect our daily lives, sacred music in many forms, rituals that bring meaning to our life passages, silence, prayer and/or meditation, a story for all ages, and time to be in a multigenerational community. Following the service, we invite you stay for the social hour or other special events that sometimes occur after the service.

In this community, we are invited to ask deep questions, to listen to one another's possible answers, and consider how to live our lives in ways that reflect our values of honoring the diversity and multiplicity and complexity of what it means to be alive in the 21st Century. Please come visit us and introduce yourself. We hope you find a religious home among us.
