PICO Clergy Gathering

The Rev. Lynn Gardner was invited to attend the national clergy gathering of People Improving Communities through Organizing (PICO) in New Orleans, LA. The conference Nov. 14-Nov. 17 was filled with inspiring speakers, worship, and workshops lead by people of a variety of religious identities, ethnic origins, ages, abilities, sexual orientations, political affiliations, and gender expressions. 

 

Rev. Lynn and Rev. Wendy are learning more about our local PICO chapter, Placer People of Faith Together, and making connections with local clergy and congregations with whom we may share similar interests in justice and peace-making.
