SFUU Calendar and Facilities Reservation Procedure

To schedule an event or a meeting at the SFUU facility and/or to add an event to the SFUU calendar, please follow the steps listed below:

You must login as a member to use the online facilities registration form.

1) First, check to see if the church facility is open and available for your event or meeting date by looking at the Master Calendar posted on the bulletin board in the Founders’ Room or checking on the calendar at the mysfuu.org web page.

2) If your event’s date and time do not appear to conflict with other events at SFUU, then please complete this form. Please do not pencil in your event on the Master Calendar located in the Founders’ Room.

3) Please remember that the church administrator works only 12 hours a week. Every effort will be made to respond within 72 hours to your request. Also, your event is not on the SFUU Master Calendar until you have received confirmation email.

4) Please do not promote your event until after you have received your confirmation from the Church Administrator.
