May 18th SPIRITUAL PRACTICES CLASS

There are so many spiritual practices that can help ground and center us during challenging times AND, more importantly, ways we can engage our well-being to stay healthier in our striving to manifest more peace on this planet we share. Working for justice can sometimes be exhausting or spiritually depleting, particularly when change doesn’t come easily or quickly; when we experience a set-back in progress; when communication is challenging, a vote doesn’t go the way we’ve hoped, or people use their power for ill rather than for good. Each class will explore different spiritual practices that can nurture our beings no matter what is happening in our lives. Saturdays May 18, and June 1 from 9:00 - 11:45 AM. Contact Rev. Wendy Bartel at revwendyb@mysfuu.org or 530-823-0953 to learn more or to sign up for the class! Donations gratefully accepted at the door.
