Worship

Are you interested in participating in, crafting, or planning worship services?  Consider joining the worship committee, the work can be spiritually enriching for both you and the congregation! This committee is typically fully responsible for approximately 15 services a year, as well as assisting guests and Rev. Alex as worship partners. If you are willing to serve, we always need help bringing quality services to SFUU.

Ways that you could serve:

• be a worship partner (help to plan and participate in a worship service)

• write (and share) a reflection about your spiritual journey

• take on other aspects of Sunday worship, such as

  • be a reader

  • light the chalice

  • give the offering words

  • share a story for all ages

The team meets most months. If you are interested in participating in worship – let Rev. Alex know.  If you would like to join the worship committee, contact Amy Evans.

NOTE: As we look ahead to two months without a minister (when we are between contract ministers), we know we will need many people to help move the spirit on Sunday mornings!
